BRYAN FULLER ACCUSED OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT BY "QUEER FOR FEAR" DIRECTOR

In an age where unjust work treatment amasses viral attention and due reckoning, another powerful industry player faces harassment allegations. Bryan Fuller, a TV producer known for the Hannibal series, is being named alongside Shudder and AMC Networks in a lawsuit from Queer For Fear (2022) Director Sam Wineman. The suit details alleged sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, and more between 2020 to 2023.

Fuller, Shudder, Wineman, and AMC Networks all collaborated on the docu-series Queer For Fear, which examines the impact of LGBTQIA+ characters and artists across the Horror genre.

Bryan Freedman, Fuller’s lawyer, gave a lengthy statement to Deadline threatening to sue Wineman for defamation of character and malicious prosecution. It is unforeseen how these allegations may impact the development of Fuller’s upcoming adaptation of Christine by Stephen King.
